Who are we?

Diversity Solutions is a leading provider of equality and diversity consultancy and training services to the UK’s commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors.

We deliver outstanding results for clients. We don’t just describe the problems: most organisations already know what they are. We focus on practical, achievable solutions that take full account of available resources.

What do we cover?

Equality, diversity and human rights are at the heart of everything we do. We work across all equality and diversity strands, including race, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation, religion and belief, age and all socio-economic groups.

What do we offer?

Our wide range of services includes diversity audits, leadership and performance reviews, equality impact assessments, CSR reviews, mentoring and coaching. We advise clients how to manage challenging Human Resources cases.

We also deliver face-to-face training, online courses and blended learning. Online equality and diversity courses are delivered through our own learning website. Many clients use our learning website to train all employees, making huge savings on traditional training methods.

How can we help:

Linda Bellos OBE founded the company in 2003. Since then, our practical approach to de-mystifying equality and diversity has enabled our clients to raise the quality of their leadership and performance management.

We help clients to integrate equality and diversity into the performance of Board members, managers and staff, improving results across whole organisations. We empower managers to tackle those difficult and costly human resource issues that can restrict the delivery of excellent quality services and products.
