I’m trying to resume my saved course but I haven’t got the required User ID and Password.

When you begin a course an email is sent to you containing your User ID and Password. This email will appear to be from ‘Diversity Solutions’. If you are unable to locate this information please call our helpline during normal office hours on 0845 260 0029 or send an email to support@diversity-solutions.com
