There is a problem with the Adobe Acrobat Reader installation on your system which is preventing the browser plugin (which is installed by default) from functioning properly. Please contact your designated training manager to see if they can provide you a certificate via their Client Zone area. Alternatively you can try to retrieve the certificate again by accessing the Candidate Review area and entering your User ID and Password.
