Caroline Jones
Caroline Jones is a director of Diversity Solutions. Caroline is an Irish woman with over 20 years’ experience of working with public authorities. Caroline has extensive expertise in community cohesion, including regeneration, partnership work and capacity building disenfranchised communities. She specialises in strategic planning and organisational development aimed at mainstreaming equality and diversity practice.
As a trainer, Caroline is skilled at motivating people who work at all levels in the commercial, public and voluntary sectors. Caroline has worked with Linda Bellos to design and develop the software and content of editsOTS online training courses. This revolutionary approach to delivering equality and diversity training is the cornerstone of the company’s philosophy of making high quality services accessible to everyone.
Recognising her innovative approach to managing hate crimes, Caroline was commissioned by the Home Office to establish a new unit supporting intimidated witnesses. She is author of the National Witness Mobility Protocol, published by the Home Office in 2004.
Caroline has contributed to the voluntary sector for many years. She has extensive experience of organising and delivering community consultation events and delivering community awareness training to the public and voluntary sector.
Caroline is co-chair of Broken Rainbow LGBT Domestic Violence Service (UK), advising the Home Office and service providers on delivering inclusive services to the LGBT community.
